Cypress Ski Club participated one more year at the Whistler Cup in both the U14 and U16 categories. U 16's Olin Wakkary and Peter Konigsmann qualified in the BC Quota and BC Team respectively. In the U14 group, our team was composed by Alyssa Emery, Asha Gandhi, Emily Parkyn, Base Wagner, Cody Scott and Mark Konigsmann.
Our breakthrough came on Sunday, with Mark Konigsmann laying down an impressive GS run to come from behind with bib 57 and capture 9th place. Our green jacket was on the podium, the only club among National and Provincial teams!!!!
We will all keep working hard to improve and go faster!!
