Want to learn how to ski on and off piste in order to hit the slopes and explore the mountain with confidence?
Come to our try-out day on January 4th, 2026 at Cypress Mountain. Coaches will take you on the mountain and asses your skills. You have to be between 12 and 16 years old and be able ski confidently on blue runs, comfortably on black runs, and in glades. One year of previous coaching (alpine skiing freestyle or freeride) OR two years of approved lessons program (i.e. Cypress Mountain Raven Riders, Whistler Kids Club etc.) is an asset.

We will meet in front of the Cypress Creek Lodge at 9am. Coaches will be there waiting for you.
Important: You must bring a day lift ticket or season pass.
