Cypress Coast Zone Finals 2026

Volunteer Check-In
Registration will take place both Saturday and Sunday mornings in the Cypress Ski Club Cabin (see map below). Please plan to arrive early to allow enough time to:
- Check in
- Pick up your lift ticket (if applicable)
- Collect your lunch voucher
- Grab a coffee before heading out
- Be aware of the parking regulations at Cypress Mountain and allow extra time accordingly

Clean Hill Initiative: Help Us Make A Safe Race
- Any skis, poles, backpacks, etc. that are not attached to someone needs to be placed behind the netting along the course. If you are along a rope line, store your items behind netting that is near or across from you.
- Drills need to be in a holster or in someone’s hand. They cannot be drilled into the snow where a racer could slide into it.
- Shovels and rakes need to be held by someone so they can be quickly moved out of the way of a racer. They should not be left unattended lying on top of the snow or leaning against the netting.
- Chairs, tables and tents need to be behind netting. If manual timers choose to sit, they need to be situated behind the netting (at the Finish).
- Extra gates should be stored behind netting or at the start.
