DESCRIPTION:Volunteer Check-In\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nRegistration will take place both Saturday and Sunday mornings in the Cypress Ski Club Cabin (see map below). If you are along a rope line\, store your items behind netting that is near or across from you. \n\n\n\nDrills need to be in a holster or in someone’s hand. They cannot be drilled into the snow where a racer could slide into it.\n\n\n\nShovels and rakes need to be held by someone so they can be quickly moved out of the way of a racer. They should not be left unattended lying on top of the snow or leaning against the netting. \n\n\n\nChairs\, tables and tents need to be behind netting. If manual timers choose to sit\, they need to be situated behind the netting (at the Finish).\n\n\n\nExtra gates should be stored behind netting or at the start.\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nWatch Video\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nThank you to our sponsors!

SUMMARY:CLUB DAY 2024
DESCRIPTION:All club athletes\, from all divisions and days\, are invited to this fun filled day to end the season. Everyone is encouraged to wear a costume (go all out or decorate your helmet) and parents are welcome to participate. There will be a lunch break as usual\, so pack your backpacks\, pocket snacks\, and don’t forget sunscreen! \nPlease RSVP HERE to register your child for this event. Teams will be made up of a mix of ages\, so it’s crucial to register before the deadline on Thursday\, April 4.\nTENTATIVE SCHEDULE:  \n8:30 am – 1 pm – Club day race. Teams will be created on Friday. If you don’t update your availability you will not be assigned to a team. Meet at the Olympic Rings as usual.\n9:00 – 10:00 am – Free coffee for parents @ the club cabin. CSC gear will also be available for purchase.\n1:00 – 1:45 pm – Depending on the number of children attending\, if there is time before the Social\, parents are invited to challenge their children to a race! Training centre – Take midway chair and wait to meet your child. We will update this possibility the day of the event on Team Chat.\n1:00 pm – Club Social at the Upper Patio\, under the large umbrella. Gathering will start for non-skiing parents. See photo below.\n2:00 pm – Awards for all age groups.  \nSOCIAL DETAILS:  \nWe can’t end the season without an apres-ski opportunity! All club parents\, athletes\, coaches\, and volunteers are invited to join for one last gathering.  \nEVENTS: Make sure to stay for the athlete awards\, 50/50 winner announcement\, and to thank your coaches for overcoming a challenging season.  \nFOOD & DRINKS: Vouchers will be given to athletes to receive a free hot dog and a side. Food and drinks for parents will be available for purchase at the Aquila Cantina\, don’t forget your credit card.  \nThis event is graciously supported by Cypress Mountain Resort. Be sure to show your gratitude and keep the mountain clean and tidy. \nWe hope you can make it! \nPlease note. Many of these plans are subject to change. Coaches will do their best to communicate on TeamSnap to update parents on the day. Please do not use the All-team chat that day\, so we can see important messages from coaches.
